CRIPPEN, Judge.

The trial court found that both appellants violated Minn.Stat. § 169.06, subd. 4 by turning their taxicabs from 7th Street onto Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis, where NO TURNS signs are prominently posted. Appellants contend that the state introduced insufficient evidence the signs were official traffic control devices.
