PER CURIAM.

Petitioners appeal from an order affirming a decision of the State Tenure Commission that determined that they were not "certificated" within the meaning of the teacher tenure act, MCL 38.71 et seq.; MSA 15.1971 et seq., and had not achieved tenure status. We affirm.
