Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition on the ground that the statute of limitations barred plaintiff's legal malpractice action. We reverse.

Plaintiff is a Michigan corporation. Defendant E. David Rollert is a practicing attorney in the State of Michigan and a partner in the law firm of Menmuir, Zimmerman, Rollert and Kuhn. Prior to October, 1979, Rollert had acted as legal counsel for plaintiff...
