ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that WILLIAM J. KANE, of MONTCLAIR, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1970, and was suspended from the practice of law on October 24, 1978, be deemed sufficient discipline for his violations of DR 7-101(A)(2) and DR 6-101(A)(2), which adversely affected his ability to practice law (DR 1-102(A)(6)),
