Carson; the individual partners of his law firm; and the partnership Carson, Fields, Boal, Jeserich & Asner, a Kansas professional partnership. The lawsuit is based upon Carson's allegedly negligent handling of legal duties associated with personal loans which he acquired from Mrs. Phillips....
