This appeal from the Orphans' Court for Montgomery County involves the circumstances under which issues may be transmitted by an orphans' court to a circuit court, for resolution by the latter, and the appropriate subject matter of issues. For reasons we shall in due course explain, we hold that the Orphans' Court for Montgomery County erred in transmitting to the circuit court for that county the issues now before us.1...
