The primary thrust of plaintiff's appeal attacks the trial court's grant of judgment notwithstanding the verdict on all questions resolved in favor of plaintiff by the jury. Citing the inadequacy of the grounds asserted by defendants' Motion for Directed Verdict which was subsequently relied upon to provide support for the judgment notwithstanding the verdict, plaintiff contends that the judgment notwithstanding the verdict cannot stand.
