This case is before this court to review the trial court's denial of motions to quash filed in three separate cases. The three defendants, Quincy B. Scott, Billy A. Outley and James W. Clark, entered into stipulations with the district attorney for Ouachita Parish under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 14:75.2, copies of which are attached to this opinion as appendices.
