The plaintiff, J. M. Lynne Company, Inc., instituted this action against the defendants, Phillips R. Geraghty Constructor, Inc. (Geraghty Constructor or the corporation), and its president, Phillips R. Geraghty, for breach of a contract involving the purchase of wall covering.
