Matthews-McCracken-Rutland Corporation (M-M-R) appeals from a judgment entered against it in the Circuit Court of Marshall County. The main issue raised is whether M-M-R was required to indemnify the Dravo Corporation (Dravo) and the Mobay Chemical Corporation (Mobay) under the terms of an express indemnity agreement.
