This matter is before the Court on respondent's motion for judgment on the pleadings filed August 19, 1987, pursuant to Rule 120.1 The issues for decision are the correctness of the adjustments set forth in the notice of deficiency and the additions to tax set forth therein, and whether petitioner has established that she qualifies as an innocent spouse under section 6013(e).
