The matter before the Court is the Motion of Analytical Systems, Inc. ("debtor"), for an order compelling discovery from ITT Commercial Finance Corporation. ("ITT"). ITT claims to be a secured creditor of the debtor and has filed a Motion for the Appointment of a Trustee which was scheduled to be heard by the Court on January 15, 1987.
