CHARACTER, J.

This case is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review which denied unemployment benefits to claimant-appellant William H. Roche ("claimant") on February 21, 1985.

The decision of the board of review is unlawful, unreasonable and against the manifest weight of the evidence. Thus, the decision of the board of review is reversed.
