Katko, Jr., appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas contending that that court erred in dismissing his complaint, but fails to set forth a specific assignment of error and, instead, has set forth the following issue presented for review (which we shall consider to be his assignment of error):

"Did the documentation filed in support of and in opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment of Stanley...
