Defendant-appellant Geoffrey D. Warrell was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Defendant pleaded not guilty and filed a motion to suppress all evidence obtained by the prosecution subsequent to the time that defendant was taken into custody and/or custodial interrogation commenced.
