The Union State Bank and Farmers Exchange Bank of Neshkoro (collectively "Union") appeal from a judgment dismissing their petition to review an order of the Wisconsin Banking Review Board1 and affirming the board's order. The order granted an application by the intervenor, M & I Peoples Bank of Coloma, to open a branch bank in the Town of Dakota in Waushara County.
