In these consolidated appeals from the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Baker Oil Tools, Inc. ("Baker Oil") appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants Geo Vann, Inc. and Texas Iron Works, Inc. (together "Geo Vann"). Baker Oil Tools, Inc. v.
