In this case of first impression in this Circuit, we decide that the denial of appointment of counsel to an in forma pauperis section 1983 plaintiff is not immediately appealable. Plaintiff Robert Holt, a Georgia state prisoner, instituted this 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 civil rights action seeking declaratory and injunctive relief as well as monetary damages from certain specified officials...
