In this consolidated appeal, Alion Andersson and Charles W. Hinck appeal their convictions of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1982) ("Count One"), possession of 21 kilograms of cocaine with intent to distribute ("Count Two"), and distribution of four kilograms of cocaine ("Count Three").
