This an appeal by Plaintiff Marguerite Hicks ("Hicks") from a judgment by the district court in a Title VII action in favor of Gates Rubber Company ("Gates"). The case arose out of a series of incidents that occurred during a brief, eight month period of employment of Hicks by Gates.
