Plaintiff, Krofft Entertainment, Inc., ("Krofft"), brings this action alleging that defendant, CBS, Inc., ("CBS"), breached an agreement pursuant to which certain songs, composed and written by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed, were licensed to Krofft for use in the production of a Broadway musical play entitled "A Broadway Baby."
