This is a diversity action for damages initially brought by two Wyoming corporations against Bruce Evertson, a former officer, director, and shareholder of those corporations. After this suit began, the plaintiff corporations merged to form Cannon Oil & Gas Well Service, Inc. (Cannon Oil).
