Appellants, representatives of an uncertified class of employees and creditors of the defunct St. Louis Globe Democrat, Inc., challenge the district court's dismissal of an action they brought against Jeffrey M. Gluck, Debra McAlear Gluck, and Landmark St. Louis Bank (collectively referred to as appellees) alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68 (RICO).
