Caught at the airport with more than 250 grams of cocaine in his boots, Joseph Hornick entered a conditional guilty plea to a charge of possession with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, to be followed by three years' special parole.
