In April 1983, Ohio Casualty Insurance Co. ("Ohio") issued a comprehensive general liability insurance policy to Bazzi Construction Co. ("Bazzi") and its President, John J. Jacobazzi, effective from April 21, 1983, to April 21, 1984.
