Defendant, Jeff Schwarz, was convicted in the circuit court of Lee County of driving while his license was suspended (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 95 1/2, par. 6-303) and of improper lane usage (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-701). He appeals, claiming that he was denied his sixth amendment right to counsel when the trial court refused to allow him to be represented by his brother...
