This is a proceeding for judicial review of the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying Johnny L. Funderburg, the plaintiff, social security disability benefits for the period of April 1, 1981 through November 1, 1983. Judicial review of the Secretary's decision is provided by 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
