This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of defendants-appellees. The issue in this case is whether an employer has a duty to an obviously intoxicated employee not to send him home from work when the employer did nothing to encourage its employee to become intoxicated. Although, assuming a state of facts that gives plaintiff-appellant the benefit of every reasonable inference, we are inclined to the view that Delco Division of General Motors...
