Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment granted to defendants in this action to quiet title to real property in Park City.

In 1928-29, William Lawrey, a shift boss for Park Utah Consolidated Mines Company, fenced off about two-thirds of an acre of the Trump, Goodell, and Olive Branch millsites and built a house and double garage.
