Defendant appeals from the judgment of the court of common pleas finding him guilty of trafficking in marijuana.

Defendant was indicated on one count of trafficking in marijuana in violation of R.C. 2925.03. The indictment arose from a series of incidents commencing sometime prior to May 30, 1985. The preliminary facts are not in dispute.
