DEITS, Judge.

Defendant appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss on the basis of former jeopardy. We affirm.

Defendant was divorced in Oregon in 1974 and was ordered to pay child support of $100 per month. After the divorce, he moved to Washington. On April 26, 1983, he was held in contempt in Washington for failure to pay child support. The court ordered him to pay $100 per month in current support, sentenced him to 30 days in jail,...
