NEWMAN, Judge.

Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board. He had requested a hearing on insurer's denial of his aggravation claim more than 60 days, but less than 180 days, after the denial. The Board affirmed the referee's ruling that claimant did not have "good cause" to file the request after the 60-day period had expired. ORS 656.3191. We reverse.
