Appellant, Orion Pictures Distribution Corporation, a movie distributor, brought this action against appellee/cross-appellant, Syufy Enterprises, a movie exhibitor, alleging antitrust violations, fraud, and breach of contract. In its antitrust claims, Orion alleged that Syufy violated § 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2, by monopolizing and attempting to monopolize the Las Vegas movie exhibition...
