Appeal by Herman Ensor, M.D., and Ensor, Baccus & Williamson, P.A., from a judgment for plaintiff, Misty Wilson, a minor suing by her next friend, based upon a jury verdict that awarded plaintiff $2.5 million.

The action was based upon allegations of malpractice.
