FACTS

On January 22, 1980, plaintiffs, Karl R. Gitschlag and Carolyn Glynn Gitschlag, purchased a home at 428 Water Oak Lane in Mandeville, Louisiana, from defendant, U.S. Home Corporation (U.S. Home).
