This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas declaring the rights and liabilities of the parties to an insurance agreement issued by defendant-appellant Motorists Mutual Insurance Company ("Motorists"). After reviewing the record, we conclude that the trial court correctly determined that Motorists was not able to set off an amount received from a tortfeasor liable to its insured against its own limit of liability...
