Petitioner Walter Sanders is currently serving concurrent sentences of from five to fifteen years pursuant to his convictions for manslaughter in the second degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees. Petitioner was convicted of these crimes by a jury in the New York County Supreme Court and now seeks federal habeas corpus...
