Helen Gadhue, the plaintiff below, appeals from the Chittenden Superior Court's denial of her motion for a mandatory injunction to compel defendant, Norman Marcotte, to remove a structure dedicated to commercial use from his property. The structure in question was erected after defendant received an improperly issued zoning variance. Plaintiff also appeals the superior court's refusal to award her damages and attorney's fees.
