STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiffs-appellants, Craig Sloan and Karen Sloan (the Sloans), suffered an adverse summary judgment rendered by the Hancock Superior Court in favor of the Metropolitan Health Council of Indianapolis, Inc., d/b/a Metro-Health Plan (Metro), in their suit for malpractice.

We reverse.
