This case originally arose out of a dispute concerning the denial of an insurance claim. Rotor-Way Helicopter Services, Inc. brought suit against Aviation Office of America, Inc. and U.S. Fire Insurance Company, Inc., (hereinafter referred to collectively as AOA), to recover under an insurance policy for damages it sustained in a helicopter accident.
