Pucci Distributing Company and Richard Distributing Company (plaintiffs), licensed New Mexico liquor wholesalers, brought this action to recover amounts due for merchandise sold on open account to Gary L. Stephens and David M. Stevens (defendants), licensed New Mexico liquor retailers.
