Nicholson, M.D., and Gary Hutchinson, M.D., (appellants) appeal the trial court's granting of a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of Centennial Savings Bank (Centennial) in a suit brought under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA).
