OPINION

EVANS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a monetary award in a final decree of divorce.

The appellee, Sylvia Yvonne Mazique, sued appellant, Emory Edwin Mazique, for a divorce alleging, among other things, that the appellant had fraudulently deprived her of a portion of the community estate. After a non-jury trial, the court made a monetary award to the appellee in the amount of $30,000 as actual damages, and $5,000 as exemplary damages...
