On May 16, 1986, appellant Coleman, an inmate in the Alabama penal system, filed a pro se 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights complaint alleging that he was denied due process of law and equal protection in two prison disciplinary proceedings, one on April 27, 1986, and another on April 29, 1986.
