OPINION

SINGLETON, Judge.

Arthur L. Goolsby was convicted of three counts of sexual assault in the first degree, an unclassified felony, AS 11.41.410(a)(1), and one count of attempted sexual assault in the first degree, a class A felony, AS 11.41.410(a)(1) and AS 11.31.100. Goolsby has no prior felony convictions. He did, however, use a dangerous instrument, a knife, in each of his sexual assaults. Consequently, he was subject to a ten-year presumptive term...
