Ronnie Tuggle was charged by indictment with four counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of aggravated burglary, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44 and 14:60, respectively. In the same indictment, he was also charged with one count of aggravated rape and one count of attempted aggravated rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42 and 14:27. The defendant pled not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. A sanity commission subsequently determined...
