Appellant, the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia ("NSCSA"), appeals from the district court's order granting a maritime lien in the amount of $85,530.75 against the NSCSA cargo liner the M/V Saudi Riyadh in favor of Appellee, E.S. Binnings, Inc. ("Binnings"). We reverse and remand with instructions to dissolve the maritime lien and dismiss the action for lack of subject matter...
