CIACCIO, Judge.

In this defamation suit, plaintiff appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of defendants. We affirm.

Of primary importance in this case is whether plaintiff is a "public person." If she is, to avoid summary dismissal of her petition she must show that she can prove "actual malice" as that requirement is defined in New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254, 84 S.Ct. 710, 11 L.Ed.2d 686 (1964). See...
