This is an appeal from a summary judgment and amended summary judgment of the trial court declaring that the appellee, Jerry Hamilton, is the fee simple owner of particular real estate, and further ordering the appellants, Beth T. McCaslin and Debra Kalaw, to deliver to the appellee personal property owned by Maxine Hamilton at the time of her death.
