Valdina Farms, Inc., brought suit to enjoin Brown, Beasley & Associates, Inc. (Brown, Beasley) and The Travelers Insurance Company (Travelers) from presenting a letter of credit for payment. Valdina Farms further alleged Travelers fraudulently forced Valdina Farms into a forfeiture of earnest money.
